Our response to Scottish Parliament Local Government, Housing and Planning Committee Call for views on draft National Planning Framework 4 (NPF4) - January 2022

The Scottish Parliament Local Government, Housing and Planning Committee held a consultation to get views the draft National Planning Framework 4 (NPF4). 

The call for views sought feedback on how space, land and environments in Scotland are designed and planned, what priorities should be, and whether NPF4 will deliver these. 

In our response, we called for health to feature more strongly in planning and to be enshrined as a principle of the planning system. We outline how we believe planning can best support our quality of life, health and wellbeing now, and in the future.
