Our response to UK Parliament Health and Social Care Committee Inquiry - Prevention in health and social care

The Committee has issued a call for proposals for their inquiry on prevention in health and social care.

In our submission, we outlined why obesity has to be a core focus of the inquiry given its growing prevalence as well as emphasising the need to address obesity through prevention, due to its contribution to inequality and cost to the NHS, as well as the need to provide a healthy working population.  

The call for proposals closed on 8th February 2023.
