Programme Lead Lorraine Tulloch is moving on from OAS

Obesity Action Scotland is today announcing that Lorraine Tulloch, Programme Lead, will be stepping down from her post at the end of February to take up a new position as Chief Executive of greenspace scotland.

Andrew Fraser, Chair of Obesity Action Scotland, said

“Lorraine has led OAS since its inception in 2015 and has established the organization as a leading voice for action to achieve healthy weight for Scotland’s population.  Lorraine has been an excellent public health advocate and contributor, influential mentor to a host of colleagues, students, friends and partners across networks in Scotland and further afield and we thank her for building such a strong and influential presence.”

Lorraine Tulloch said

“It has been a privilege to lead OAS for the last 8 plus years.  I have worked with talented staff and partners over that time to deliver impactful and influential work.  I will continue to support enthusiastically the changes that need to happen to improve the food environment and I wish OAS all the best for its future.”

 

Work is progressing to recruit a new Programme Lead.
